PARENTS TEACHERS AND STUDENTS COUNCIL
At Trillium International School – Addis we believe there are three stakeholders: teachers, students and parent. For this reason, we have established a Parents Teachers and Students Association with open membership to all parents / guardians of our students.
Our dedicated parents and staff meet once a month to discuss important school issues that will help enhance the educational qualities and assess facilities of the school to benefit our students. The Council works closely with the management of the school and teachers and offers its voice and opinion to the running of the school and reflects the perspective of parents.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Our students participate in a number of local community services such as giving their time and energy to support others, while developing valuable skills and enjoying life-changing experiences.
Every year our students and parents collect together and donate cloth and other gifts to three different local charities including children cancer hospital, an orphanage and a children home. Our level students travel to the orphanage or the children are invited to share quality time with all our students This experience has a major impact on our students’ social awareness and concepts of poverty.
